ATG Tires Now OE Fitment on John Deere

Alliance Tire Americas' Primex brand forestry tires are now offered as OE on a variety of John Deere log skidders and wheeled feller-bunchers.

Alliance Tire Americas, Inc.‘s Primex brand forestry tires are now offered on John Deere’s 640L-II, 648L-II, 748L-II, 848L-II and 948L-II log skidders and on the company’s 643L-II and 848L-II wheeled feller-bunchers.

Alliance forestry tires have been OE fitments on Deere’s forwarders built in Europe and on several other top forestry equipment brands manufactured in the U.S. for several years.

ATG’s forestry line – part of more than 3,200 SKUs in the company’s OTR and industrial tire lineup – allows manufacturers to use Alliance and Primex tires across their own product lines, the company says. ATG says. ATG achieved Partner Level status as a supplier to John Deere in 2017 & 2018.

NRS Brakes has designed galvanized brake pads for the Tesla Model 3 specifically for electric/hybrid vehicle technology.

The company says (ADAS) vehicles demand a higher quality of all parts, especially safety items such as brakes.

As moisture creeps through the porous nature of the friction material, it is compromising the untreated backing plat, NRS Brakes says. Usually, moisture in the friction material is dissipated as heat is created through normal braking routines.
