The Automotive Sales Service Inspection Support Tool (ASSIST), a new tablet app from Mighty, is designed for automotive service professionals to use with retail customers. The latest app features a vehicle inspection checklist and a menu of automotive services, which can be used to communicate and educate consumers as to the condition of their vehicles, according to the makers. Additionally, ASSIST users have the ability to take, attach and send pictures and to email completed inspection forms with a “thank you” note.
