ASA Automotive Systems has launched the G4 POS, a mobile point of sale solution for use with TireMaster Enterprise software.
G4 runs on both mobile devices and PCs, allowing technicians to enter vehicle inspection notes on a mobile tablet and store them electronically. G4 POS also helps service reps generate estimates and good, better, and best options with side-by-side visual product comparisons. Estimates can also be saved for follow-up marketing or converted on the spot into quotes and invoices, ASA said.
”This new product will pay for itself by increasing ticket value,” said Ken Halle, president of ASA Automotive Systems. “It helps you remarket declined services, sends alerts about service intervals for upselling, and ensures service writers capture all the required labor components in their estimates.”
The new G4 POS module also integrates text messaging in the TireMaster Enterprise software, which allows reps to send text messages directly to customers from Point of Sale, Order Inquiry, and AR Inquiry. Text messages can also be set up for appointment reminders and vehicle ready notifications.
