Bosch has introduced the KTS 340, a new diagnostic tool that automatically zeros-in only on service data for domestic, Asian, and European vehicles operating in North America. The tool features an 8.4-inch touchscreen with stylus, a graphing 2-channel multimeter and automatic vehicle identification for vehicles equipped with Auto ID. The company’s globally sourced ESI[tronic] database is already installed to quickly acquire the most current relevant automotive data. Twelve months of updates are included via DVD or online download. Additional features include: WLAN for printing; an embedded Web browser; enhanced global OBD II mode; read and delete DTCs; and special functions including brake bleeding or steering wheel angle reset.
