Hennessy Industries launched the Coats ProGuard Leverless Tire Changer, designed for fast, easy use and reduced damage associated with changing oversized, run-flat and low profile tires. The changer features a leverless design to eliminate traditional tire tools that can mar the surface; detachable center post locks that regular or reverse-mount wheels securely in position right at the strongest part of the wheel; an adjustable wheel lift that eliminates the strenuous process of manually placing heavy tire and wheel assemblies over the clamping chuck; a bead-loosener disc and tower to loosen beads easily and effectively, with precision; and a tilt back tool tower that stows out of the way when not in use, Hennessey said.
