BendPak said owners of its new HDS-Series four-post lifts can expect an increased lifespan for most all critical lift components.
The company said that over time, lifting components such as sheaves and cables can tend to stretch, bend and wear throughout the years of normal use resulting in costly repairs and lost revenue due to unexpected downtime.
BendPak’s newest line of four-post lifts with massive self-lubricating sheaves, cables and lifting components keep them working like new for longer, the company said. The BendPak HDS-Series features 10.5-inch diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes, as well as 2.5-inch diameter sheave axles to dramatically improve cable wear and the lifespan of critical components.
Other standard features include adjustable non-skid runways, under-runway hydraulic cylinder, enclosed lifting cables, heavy-duty aircraft cables, longer ramps, multi-position safety locks, fully adjustable lock stops in each column and a pneumatic push-button safety release, BendPak said.
