Hercules Launches New H-901

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. is rolling out a new edition to its H-Series medium truck offering, the new Hercules H-901.

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. is rolling out a new edition to its H-Series medium truck offering, the new Hercules H-901. Its official debut will take place at next week’s SEMA Show.

“We’re excited to make this tire available to our Hercules dealers,” said Joshua Simpson, Hercules vice president of marketing. “This is a tire that appeals to a diverse population because it offers better load carrying capability for hauling as well as the heavy duty construction necessary for many agricultural and industrial applications.”

The H-901 is the tiremaker’s first all steel commercial light truck tire. It is perfect for vehicles that require a heavy load capacity or those that operate in conditions that demand a heavy duty, puncture resistant tire, Hercules said.

The tire’s all steel construction distributes the forces from acceleration, corning and braking increasing the wear. Additionally the H-901 features a tread design with biting edges offering better grip and a special tread compound that helps with wet handling and braking.

The H-901 is available in LT235/85R16/14 126/123 L and is currently available for order.
