The site located at www.tiresplus.com offers educational information on tune-ups, tires, oil changes, air-conditioner repair, and more, said the tire retailer, which is owned and operated by Morgan Tire & Auto Inc., part of Bridgestone/Firestone Retail & Commercial Operations.
