Bridgestone Americas Inc. has redesigned its Speedco mobile app for large diesel truck drivers (Class 6 through 8).
The app allows drivers to locate Speedco location on their planned routes and now includes new features such as:
• current weather forecasts;
• closest Speedco location with en route proximity notifications;
• search options with detailed store information including hours and services;
• tap-to-dial phone number links for added convenience; and
• current Speedco promotions.
“We believe it is our job at Speedco to keep our customers productive and moving. Providing them with a first-rate mobile app helps us show them that we value their time,” said Chris Ripani, president of Speedco. “The redesign of the Speedco mobile app gives us a platform to continue to build out features and functionality that drivers need. We believe our app is a tool that our customers can use to become more efficient on the road.”
The Speedco app requires access to the user’s mobile device’s GPS services and is available for Android and iOS devices.
