Pirelli Tire North America has developed a campaign, “Tires for Life,” to educate women about tire safety. Launched in conjunction with National Tire Safety Week, the campaign encourages women to become “Tire Smart.”
Working with O2 Media, Pirelli reinforces the message of safety and the importance of maintaining tires in a segment on the show The Balancing Act. The segment teaches viewers tire etiquette and educates women on how to check tire pressure and tread wear as well as the importance of season tire safety, the tiremaker said.
The show aired May 25 and an encore presentation will air June 1 at 7:30 a.m. on Lifetime.
In addition to the segment, Pirelli has developed a “Tires for Life” ad aimed at the female consumer.
