Cooper Gets OE Spots on Roush Mustangs

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.’s ultra-high performance will grace models of Roush Performance’s Roush Mustang.

The tiremaker said it will supply Cooper will supply Cooper Zeon 2XS and Cooper Zeon RS3 for Roush’s Stage 1, 2 and 3, and other limited edition vehicles such as the P51B customized Ford Mustangs, which are now available at select Ford dealerships.

Roush will fit Cooper Zeon 2XS tires in two sizes, the 275/40ZR18 and 255/35ZR20, on both Stage 1 and Stage 2 models, and the Cooper Zeon RS3 in 275/40ZR18 on Stage 3 and P51B Mustangs.

Cooper said the Zeon RS3 took more than a year of development, done in collaboration with Roush engineers.
