Hankook Tire America Corp. has hired Robert Dole to serve as its motorsports marketing manager and Dwain Stevens as corporate human resources manager.

Dole will manage promotion of Hankook’s current motorsports assets in the American market and work to expand its auto-racing footprint.
Dole previously owned his own business, RJD Sports Entertainment, a private firm specializing in motorsports and sports entertainment marketing, communications and operations. He has nearly two decades of experience in the motorsports and tire industries.
Stevens is responsible for implementing HR systems and supervising all HR staff at the American headquarters.
Stevens brings two-plus decades of experience over the span of several major corporations, including Magna International, Nissan North America and Comcast Cable.
