#SEMA/GTE: Mickey Thompson Debuts Deegan 38 Wheel Line

Mickey Thompson introduced a new wheel line developed with five-time Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) champion Brian Deegan. The Deegan 38 wheels, scheduled for availability in March 2015, will debut with two styles for street truck, SUV and Jeep – the Pro 2 Black, and the Pro 4 Black.

“We worked with Brian to design a unique line of wheels that will become part of the next generation of Deegan 38 products,” stated Ken Warner, vice president of marketing for Mickey Thompson. “These wheels are tough, stylish and functional. The pop-top center cap makes it simple for manual 4×4 owners to lock down the hubs without removing the center cap.”

The Deegan 38 Pro 4 heavy-duty wheel features a race-inspired, eight-spoke design with a two-stage matte black finish and a logo crested pop-top center cap. The Pro 4 will be available 15- to 17-inch fitments, and will carry a limited lifetime warranty as well as a one-year warranty on the finish.

The Deegan 38 Pro 2 wheel features a multi-dimensional eight-spoke design with a two-stage matte black finish and logo crested pop-top center cap. The Pro 2 will be available in 15- to 20-inch fitments, and will carry a limited lifetime warranty as well as a one-year warranty on the finish.

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has named Ryan Waldron as president of the company's Americas business unit, reporting to Chief Executive Officer and President Mark Stewart. He succeeds Steven R. McClellan, who retired on April 1.
