‘Feel the Difference’ Guarantee Added on Premium Monroe Shocks, Struts

monroe-feel-the-differenceTenneco has introduced the new Monroe “Feel the Difference” Guarantee, which enables service providers to promise customers that after replacing worn shocks, they will feel a positive difference in vehicle handling and ride quality within a risk-free 90-day or 1,000-mile (1,600-kilometer) trial period – or receive a refund for their purchase.

“This innovative consumer guarantee is based directly on feedback we have received from shop owners and service providers across North America,” said John Perrin, executive director of marketing and engineering, North America Aftermarket, Tenneco. “They have told us that while many consumers acknowledge the importance of replacing worn shocks and struts, they want to be confident that this service will make a positive difference in their daily driving experience. This guarantee provides that extra incentive to invest in Monroe ride control products, knowing that we will back their decision.”

The Feel the Difference Guarantee is available with the purchase of four qualifying Monroe OESpectrum shocks and struts, Monroe Quick-Strut replacement assemblies, Monroe Reflex shocks and struts, and Monroe Gas-Magnum shock absorbers.

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with his or her ride control purchase, Tenneco will refund the original purchase price (less any discounts and/or rebates), up to $100 per axle in professional labor expense, and, if applicable, up to $80 for the cost of professional alignment. Visit www.monroe.com for details.

Tenneco said it will communicate the availability of the new satisfaction guarantee to consumers through extensive print and digital advertising and point-of-sale materials, as well as the company’s two Shockmobile mobile marketing vehicles.
