Morry Taylor was reelected to lead Titan International as chairman and CEO. Taylor, who has held a primary stockholder position in Titan since the company was formed in 1990, served as president until 2005 when he became chairman and CEO.
Taylor, 70, was tapped to head the company during a board of directors meeting held just after the Titan annual shareholder meeting ion June 5.
Titan’s executive roster includes Paul Reitz as president, John Hrudicka as CFO and Michael Troyanovich as secretary. They were all reelected during the board meeting.
As was previously noted, Anthony Soave was elected by the stockholders to serve as director for a three-year term.
Stockholders also approved the reincorporation of the company from Illinois to Delaware.
