Rema Tip Top AG Adds Board Members

Wach-ZimmerThe Rema Tip Top AG’s Supervisory Board has expanded the company’s board of directors from two to four reporting lines by appointing Thorsten Wach and Udo Zimmer to the board, effective March 2016.

Wach will serve as chairman of the board and will be responsible for the sales, marketing, compliance and corporate development areas. Zimmer will serve as the board’s financial director, a newly created position, and will be responsible for the finance, investor relations, personal, IT and internal audit sections.

Wach joined Rema Tip Top in 2006 as CEO of the Africa Cluster and also took on management of the Asia-Pacific Cluster in 2014. Zimmer has experience as a CFO and in the acquisition and integration of companies.
