This spring, Tenneco’s Monroe shocks and struts brand is rewarding consumers for their purchases as part of its “Feel the Difference” promotion. Between now and April 30, consumers who purchase qualifying Monroe and Rancho ride control products can earn up to $100 in rebates.

The promotion coincides with the launch of the new “Feel the Difference” Guarantee, available now on qualifying m Monroe products. The Feel the Difference Guarantee is a comprehensive, risk-free consumer offer that enables service providers to promise ride control customers that they will feel a positive difference in handling and overall ride quality or receive their money back, Tenneco said.

“The Monroe ‘Feel the Difference’ Guarantee in tandem with our new spring promotion gives service providers a great opportunity to encourage consumers to think about the current performance of their shocks and struts,” said Denise Hanefeld, brand and marketing manager of the North America aftermarket at Tenneco. “Consumers want to be able to feel the difference after they’ve invested in replacement ride control components and the promotion is a great incentive to get some money back on qualifying purchases.”

The Feel the Difference mail-in rebate promotion will offer prepaid cards in various values, depending on product combinations. Consumers can receive a $50 card with the purchase of four qualifying Monroe or Rancho shocks; a $75 card with the purchase of two qualifying Monroe shocks and two qualifying Monroe struts; and a $100 card with the purchase of four qualifying Monroe struts, including Monroe Quick-Strut replacement assemblies.

Rebate submissions must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2017.

The Feel the Difference Guarantee allows consumers a risk-free 90-day or 1,000-mile trial period. Those not satisfied with their purchase can return to the service provider and receive a refund of the original purchase price, as well as reimbursement of labor costs of up to $100 per axle and wheel alignment up to $80, if applicable, when performed by a service professional, Tenneco said.
