The $2,500 annual scholarship from Mitchell 1 recognizes a student for outstanding achievement in automotive technology/auto repair scholastics, Mitchell 1 said.
“Mitchell 1 is an ardent supporter of academic achievement in automotive education,” said Nick DiVerde, Mitchell 1 director of marketing. “We are proud to work with NACAT and offer our support to a deserving high school senior.”
Scholarship applicants must be current students majoring in automotive technology/auto shop repair course work; be nominated by his/her NACAT instructor; have a minimum overall 3.0 grade point average; be attending an accredited college or university; and be a U.S. citizen.
Applications are due no later than Apr. 30.
