Mitchell 1 Hosting Workshop in Atlantic City

Mitchell 1 is hosting this year’s final Shop Management Workshop on Sept. 29-Oct.1 in Atlantic City, N.J., at the Resorts Casino Hotel.

The two-day workshop offers training sessions to shop management software users who want to learn more advanced capabilities, shortcuts and new features to run their businesses more efficiently, Mitchell 1 said.

Training will focus on best practices and functionality of the Mitchell 1 Manager SE and ShopKey Service Writer/Shop Management SE programs, with emphasis on the features of the new 7.0 version of the software, the company said. Mitchell 1‘s integrated repair information source, ProDemand and SocialCRM shop marketing service will also be covered.

“This advanced training turns existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business,” said John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions. “The sessions will uncover strategies that attendees can use to compete successfully against dealerships, maximize their maintenance and repair opportunities, and enhance their relationships with customers.”

A practice lab equipped with computers and staffed by product specialists will be available throughout the event so attendees can practice skills they are learning in the training sessions.
