McCarthy Tire Service Hires Corporate Attorney

McCarthy Tire Service has hired Colleen Horn Doyle as the corporate attorney of record for the company.

McCarthy Tire Service has hired Colleen Horn Doyle as the corporate attorney of record for the company.

In her role as corporate attorney, Doyle will direct McCarthy Tire’s legal department. Practicing out of the company’s corporate office in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., she will report to company president, John D. McCarthy Jr.

“We are very pleased to welcome Colleen to McCarthy Tire Service,” said McCarthy. “As both a family member and a corporate lawyer, she is a great asset for our company as we look to the future and continue to grow.”

Colleen Horn Doyle is granddaughter of John D. “Jack” McCarthy and one of the three company owners, and daughter of Neil Horn, the company’s vice president.

Prior to McCarthy Tire, Doyle specialized in community litigation with the law firm of Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University.

Founded in 1926, McCarthy Tire Service is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated commercial tire business. The company operates more than 50 locations along the East Coast, including eight Bandag retread plants.
