IITDA Plans 20th Convention and Trade Show

(Akron/Tire Review) The Indiana/Illinois Tire Dealers Association (IITDA) will hold its 20th annual convention and trade show Mar. 3-4 at the Radisson at Star Plaza in Merrillville, Ind.

IITDA Executive Director John Buettner says the event will feature some 45 exhibitors – including all four service truck producers – and a series of educational seminars that will include a session on servicing hybrid vehicles.

John Gamauf, consumer tire president for Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, and motivational speaker Bryan Dodge, will be keynoters for the event.

Besides the planned banquet, the event will also have a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and a drawing for a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
