Goodyear Adds Another Fuel Max Retread

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is offering a new fuel-efficient PreCure retread option, the G682 RSD Fuel Max.

Designed for drive applications, the G682 RSD Fuel Max features a rugged tread design for outstanding traction at all stages of wear, Goodyear said. The tire also boasts Goodyear Fuel Max Technology, which incorporates fuel-saving compounds and tread designs to lower rolling resistance, and a scrub-resistant compounding to help extend tread life by resisting excessive wear, chunking, cracking and chipping, the tiremaker said.

The G682 RSD Fuel Max retread is now available in 225 mm width. Widths of 215 mm and 235 mm will be available in June 2015.

Discount Tire strikes sponsorship deal with the Los Angeles Angels

The sponsorship will run for the entire 2024 season in conjunction with the Los Angeles Angels.
