Dealer Tire Named a 2016 Top Workplace in NE Ohio

The Cleveland Plain Dealer has named the Cleveland-based tire distributor Dealer Tire as a 2016 Top Workplaces Workplace Achiever in Northeast Ohio.

“We’re fortunate to have great associates who have helped build Dealer Tire into a leading business in a relatively short period of time,” said Megan Mayhugh Arth, partner and chief people officer at Dealer Tire. “We have focused on employee engagement since the company was founded, conducting our own employee survey each year. We’re glad to see that the Top Workplaces survey reflected the results we’ve been seeing in our own surveys, and we’re honored to be recognized as a great place to work among so many outstanding companies in Northeast Ohio.”

Companies are chosen as a Top Workplace based on an employee feedback survey administered by an independent research firm.

This is the first year Dealer Tire participated in the Top Workplaces survey, which started in 2006. Nearly 3,900 Northeast Ohio companies were invited to participate in the 2016 Plain Dealer Top Workplaces survey, with 275 participating and 100 selected as Top Workplaces.

Dealer Tire has approximately 450 associates in Northeast Ohio and more than 1,000 across the U.S. and Canada.
