A car smashed into Loveland Tire and Service in Loveland, Colo., on Thursday morning.
A driver failed to stop at a stop sign and entered an intersection when his Buick sedan was struck on the side by a Jeep, sending it toward the tire store, according to authorities. The Buick crossed Loveland’s parking lot and ran into the front of the store’s service area. The crash knocked one garage door into the shop and pushed in another door and the support between the doors, police reports said.
Three employees were working at Loveland Tire when the car hit the building.
The driver was taken to the hospital. No one in the store was injured.
The crash is under investigation.
