BFG Launches New Commercial Site

Michelin’s BFGoodrich brand has launched a newly redesigned commercial tire site. BFGoodrich Website Homepage

Speaking with customers, the brand redesigned the site based on what would be most valuable to help them better manager their business, Michelin said.

“Now our customers will have the pertinent information they need at their fingertips on the road and at their computers helping them take control of their day-to-day business,” said Donna Murphy, business segment manager for BFGoodrich Commercial Truck Tires.

The new BFG site is formatted for mobile devices and a new feature allows customer to create an account and save dealer and tire information.

Upgrades to BFGoodrichTruckTires.com include a redesigned tire selector that includes more tire information. The product lineup option gives a quick glance of the entire BFG product portfolio including recommended and acceptable applications for each tire, the company said. Additionally, the tire features can be viewed in a side-by-side comparison and reference materials, include videos, warranty information, and SmartWay designation are available.

The site also features a new dealer locator that includes dealer information as well as map location at the same time. Information can be searched by address, city, state and zip code, and then refined to select dealers with specific services needed too, the company said.
