Bartec Launches Online TPMS Training

TPMS toolmaker Bartec USA has unveiled a new, free online TPMS training program for its customers.

Bartex Wheelrite customers can now log in for scheduled webinars on TPMS topics: basic TPMS, sensor service, diagnostics, re-learn procedures and tools.

The company said the service will launch with two clinics, the first being a refresher on updating TPMS tools and the second on new tool/software features and functions for the Tech400 tool.

According to Scot Holloway, Bartec general manager, “These online clinics will be held on a regular basis and will cover what you need to know about TPMS. Bartec is at the forefront of TPMS knowledge and support and these online clinics are just another part of the complete range of TPMS related services.”

Cosmo Tires, distributed by Tire Group International, has introduced changes to its mileage warranty and road-hazard programs which will now feature a mileage warranty of 40,000-70,000 miles for all passenger and light truck tires offered.

“Our products are over-built and tested on the most rigorous tracks and terrains around the globe and this reflects our investments in manufacturing and quality. Now, all passenger and light truck tires carry Cosmo’s road hazard and mileage warranty ranging from 40,000-70,000 miles," said Dominick Montouri, chief strategy officer of Tire Group International, said.
