ARI Purchases TCS Technologies

TCS-ARI-LogoARI Network Services has acquired TCS Technologies.

The acquisition of TCS aligns with ARI’s growth strategies, the company said. The purchase consolidates its position as a leading provider of eCommerce and provides solutions for the entire automotive tire and wheel supply chain, including wholesales, retreaders and manufacturers, said Roy Olivier, president and CEO of ARI. He also noted that TCS’s offerings align with ARI’s mission to help customers “sell more stuff.”

TCS Technologies provides software, websites and digital marketing services for dealers, wholesalers, retreaders and manufacturers within the automotive tire and wheel vertical.

Terms of the transaction between ARI and TCS were not disclosed.
