APC Appoints Paul Wise as V.P.

APC Automotive Technologies, LLC (APC), has named Paul Wise as its vice president of Corporate Marketing & Communications. The company said Wise will be a key partner for the AP Exhaust and Centric product, sales and marketing teams to help drive a cohesive brand strategy after the May merger of AP Emissions Technologies and Centric Parts which formed APC.

APC Automotive Technologies, LLC (APC), has named Paul Wise as its vice president of Corporate Marketing & Communications.

The company said Wise will be a key partner for the AP Exhaust and Centric product, sales and marketing teams to help drive a cohesive brand strategy after the May merger of AP Emissions Technologies and Centric Parts which formed APC.

Wise comes to APC with an extensive background in automotive marketing and brand leadership, most notably with Schrader International (sensors and valves) and Gates Corporation (belts and hoses). He has led similar marketing, communications, and strategic planning functions while helping to drive profitable growth in both original equipment and aftermarket channels. Most recently Wise completed an extensive company rebranding and repositioning of GOLFTEC, a world leader in retail golf instruction.

“Paul comes to us with a very strong pedigree in brand management, marketing and communications,” said Hugh Charvat, CEO of APC Automotive Technologies. “I know what Paul can deliver from firsthand experience in working with him. I’m excited to see his impact across our entire product portfolio while also propelling our unified brand presence online. He will also lead our communications function both internally and externally, including our public relations and media initiatives, which will further position our key storylines of innovation and differentiation.”

Wise holds a BS in Business Administration, MS in Management & Organization and an MBA in Business from the University of Colorado. He will be based in the Denver, Colo. office.
