TIA Announces the 2017-2018 Board of Directors

The Tire Industry Association has announced the winners from the 2017 Board of Directors election.

The Tire Industry Association has announced the winners from the 2017 Board of Directors election. Each new member selected will serve on the board for a three-year term and will take office on Oct. 30 at TIA’s Board of Director’s meeting at Bally’s Hotel in Las Vegas.

The 2017-2018 New Board of Directors include:

Ernie Caramanico – Amityville Firestone, Amityville, N.Y.

Brad Feeney – TBC Corporation, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Mason Hess – Purcell Tire and Service Center, Tucson, Ariz.

Thomas Kirk Huls – TOKAH Inc. dba Big O Tire, Yucca Valley, Calif.

Additionally, TIA filled two vacancies with Daniel Childers of TCi Tire Centers in Duncan, S.C., and Russell Devens of McCarthy Tire Service Company in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Daniel will serve a two-year term and Russell will serve a one-year term.

“We would like to congratulate and welcome our incoming board members,” said Roy Littlefield, executive vice president of the Tire Industry Association. “Each year our members are presented with numerous qualified candidates that makes the selection process even more difficult. We are confident that each new member will help us strengthen our brand of keeping tire safety first.”
