Alliance Hires VP of Operations

Alliance Tire Americas (ATA) has hired logistics expert John Mancinelli as vice president of operations.

Prior to joining ATA, Mancinelli spend 15 years leading complex operations, logistics, demand planning and customer support organizations for global leaders in consumer/food products and apparel manufacturing and sales, including The Gillette Co. (later P&G), The Timberland Co. and Welch Foods.

John has brought customer service and on-time delivery to remarkable levels in his previous jobs, and he is exactly the kind of expert we need on our team here at Alliance.”

John will be based in Wakefield, Mass., and report to Clark.

Discount Tire & Service Centers has a new sponsorship deal with the Los Angeles Angels for the 2024 season. Discount Tire said this partnership will not only benefit its customers with season-long promotions and giveaways but will also support local non-profits.
