BKT Displaying Ag Tires at EIMA

BKT will display numerous ag tires and debut the new size of its Multimax MX 527 at the International Agricultural and Gardening Machinery Exhibition (EIMA) in Bologna, Italy, Nov. 9 – 13.

The tiremaker will display the Multimax MP 527 telehandler tire in the new 440/80 R 24 size as well as other Multimax, Agrimax, Ridemax and Con Star tires for High-power and high-performance tractors, sprayers, harvesters, spreaders, trailers and telehandlers.

The Agrimax Force for high-power tractors (above 250 HP) in size IF 800/70 R 42 features higher load capacity at lower inflation pressure compared to a standard tire of the same size, BKT said. Additionally, the company adds that the Agrimax Force can travel at speeds of up to 65 km/h without having to change the inflation pressure.

The Agrimax Sirio is specifically designed for high-performance tractors towing heavy loads. The tire boasts a class E speed index and has reduced rolling resistance that helps to save fuel and pollute less, BKT said. The tire will be displayed in size 710/70 R 38.

The Agrimax Spargo for sprayers for row crops will be displayed in size VF 380/90 R 46. According to BKT, the tire offers greater load capacity compared to a standard tire with the same size and inflation pressure due to its VF technology.

The Agrimax RT 600, for work on grassland, lawns and loose and soft soil, will be displayed in size 800/65 R 32 and features flotation features, high load capacity, extraordinary stability and excellent traction, BKT said.

The Ridemax FL 693 M for trailers, tank trucks and spreaders that encounter daily road travel will be on display in size 560/60 R 22.5. According to BKT, the tire offers self-cleaning properties, driving comfort and low fuel consumption, reduced rolling resistance and a class D/E speed index.

For agro-industrial applications, BKT will showcase the Multimax MP 522 (size 460/70 R 24) and Con Star (size 400/70 – 20). Multimax MP 522 is a radial tire featuring a reinforced bead and a steel-belted casing, which provides grip, puncture resistance, great load capacity, and stability, BKT said. The Con Star offers vertical and lateral stability and features large lugs to increase the contact area and allow the tire to carry heavier loads, BKT adds.

EIMA attendees can visit BKT at the trade Nov. 9 – 13, 2016 at BolognaFiere Hall 16 – Stand A5.
