New York- based Dunn Tire has opened a newly constructed store in Buffalo, N.Y. The store, located at 2300 Delaware Ave., replaces another location.
“Our goal is to provide world-class customer service,” said Patrick Logue, managing director of retail operations at Dunn Tire. “The first step in creating a positive customer experience is to establish a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in a modern facility. This is an impressive store and we are confident we will continue to deliver outstanding tire service to the Buffalo community.”
Dunn’s newest location features seven service bays with brand new equipment. The additional space allows the tire dealer to take care of more customers in a timely manner, the company said.
Additionally the store features a spacious waiting area with free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and a hi-def TV.
