MTIA Hosts Conference in Branson

The Missouri Tire Industry Association (MTIA) is hosting its annual conference Sept. 19-20 at the Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center in Branson, Mo.

The conference kicks off with a golf tournament on Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. Golf, which isn’t included in convention fees, is $65.

The evening will continue with a conference reception from 6-8 p.m. with vendor and supplier table displays as well as a 50/50 drawing.

On Sept. 20, is an attendee breakfast from 8-9 a.m. with the MTIA annual business meeting and election of officers at 8:15 a.m. During the day, the group will visit Silver Dollar City before returning for a cocktail reception and silent auction from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The event will conclude with the Hall of Fame Award dinner honoring Don Isbell and Keith Shumaker.

Member registration is $299 per couple and includes a two-night stay at the Stone Castle Hotel, breakfast Saturday, two tickets to Silver Dollar City and two tickets for the Hall of Fame dinner. Non-member registration is available for $399 per couple. Non-members who become members during the conference will receive $100 off annual dues, the association said.
