TIA Announces New Board of Directors

(Akron/Tire Review) The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has elected 10 individuals to serve on its board of directors for three-year terms.

The board members include:

Dean Bray, Bray’s Recapping Service Inc., Mount Airy, N.C.
Roy Bromfield, New Bridge Consulting Inc., Greenville, S.C.
Steve Craven, Craven Tire & Auto, Fairfax, Va.
David Crawford, American Car Care Centers, Memphis, Tenn.
Tom Formanek, Stellar Industries Inc., Garner, Iowa
Richard “Dick” Gust, Lakin Environmental Industries, Chicago
Michael Jones, Sonsio Inc., Golden, Colo.
Ron Lautzenheiser, College Tire Inc., DBA Big O Tire, Ft. Collins, Colo.
Jim Pangle, Fountain Tire, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

The new board will take office on Oct. 30 at TIA’s Annual Meeting at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

“We want to thank the TIA members who participated in the election,” said Roy Littlefield, TIA’s executive vice president. “We are very pleased to welcome Roy Bromfield, Steve Craven, David Crawford, Michael Jones and Ron Lautzenheiser as new members to the TIA board of directors. We also want to welcome back Buck Blair, Dean Bray, Tom Formanek, Dick Gust, and Jim Pangle.”
