SoCal Dealer Joins Michelin Commercial Service Network

Pete’s Road Service Inc. has joined the Michelin Commercial Service Network, expanding the networks coverage through Southern California.

“We welcome Pete’s Road Service into the MCSN family,” said Ralph Dimenna, chief operating officer for Michelin Americas Truck Tires Division. “Adding this successful dealer serving the southern California area was an easy decision based on their 40 years of providing a high level of quality and service to their customers.”

Opening in 1975, Pete’s Road Service offers more than 50 service vehicles as well as 50 TIA-certified tire specialist. As member of the Michelin Commercial Service Network, Pete’s will offer a complete range of industrial commercial truck services, including tire sales, mechanical repairs, inspection and alignments, and 24/7/365 emergency road service (ERS).

“Our mission is to help our customers control and reduce the cost of their fleet by offering tires of value accompanied with exceptional service,” said Kyle Fletcher, president of Pete’s Road Service. “Pete’s is ready to dedicate our 50 service vehicles to MCSN, making the network even stronger in the southwest area.”

The Michelin Commercial Service Network is designed to help fleets maximize uptime and ensure consistent, high-quality service from a nationwide franchise network, the tiremaker said. There are now more than 630 locations nationwide.
