Bridgestone North Latin America’s subsidiary Bridgestone Costa Rica has opened its first service center “Bridgestone Store” in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

“In Bridgestone we feel very proud to launch this important service center in Puerto Rico. This country represents the largest market in Central America and the Caribbean, which is why we’re making sure our mission of giving our society quality services through the surge of positive buying experiences and the introduction of new technologies and innovations that have placed us as the leaders in the tire market worldwide,” Said Daniel Benvenuti, president and director of Bridgestone North Latin America.

The “Bridgestone Store” in Puerto Rico is the 7th Service Center of Family Channel on the island, Bridgestone said.

The 3,685-cubic-meter service center features modern facilities and technology for vehicle service, as well as a full line-up of high-performance tires for cars and trucks.

“Puerto Rico has a large vehicle pool/fleet in the HP (High Performance) and UHP (Ultra High Performance) segments,” said Erick Herrera, Bridgestone country manager in Costa Rica. “With the inauguration of this Service Center, we hope to increase the market participation and maintain the growth that positions us as the most important company in the country and in the region.”

Additionally, Bridgestone will partner with Correa Tires Distributor, one of the largest distributers on the island.
