Continental CVA a Big Winner at 2013 ACA

Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket was presented with an award for excellence at the annual Automotive Communications Awards during the recent Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) show in Las Vegas.

Continental received the Best-in-Class award for Training Materials in the Business-to-Business Category for its instructional and informational videos, which were developed to support the VDO Redi-Sensor TPMS sensor program.

The annual Automotive Communications Awards program, sponsored by the Car Care Council Women’s Board and Automotive Communication Council, highlights advertising, marketing and public relations activities on behalf of aftermarket organizations. More than 250 entries were received in 2013.

The videos were developed for Continental by Barolin & Spencer Marketing Communications.

Yokohama Rubber shared its deepest condolences and sympathies to the families who have lost loved ones and to all those who have been affected by the earthquake in Eastern Taiwan. In response, Yokohama Rubber and its employee-backed Yokohama Magokoro Fund said it will donate a combined ¥1 million (approx. $6,380) through the Japanese Red Cross Society to support relief efforts in the region.
