TIA Ready for Upcoming SEMA Show

TIA, sponsor of the show’s Tires, Wheels & Equipment section, has lined up a number of events at both its host hotel – Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino – and at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

At TIA’s booth in the South Hall of the LVCC, TIA will have its “money machine,” where attendees can win cash, a free trip to New Orleans, and other prizes. To qualify, attendees need to purchase a TIA training product; purchase a new membership, or renew an existing TIA membership; or enroll in the CarCareONE consumer credit card program.

TIA’s newly released TPMS Relearn Chart will also be on sale at the TIA booth.

The popular Tires at Two seminars will continue this year at the LVCC. This year, the sessions include the very popular "Successful Tire Dealers Share Their Secrets," which will be hosted by Ron Lautzenheiser and Tom Wright. A second seminar will address TPMS issues.

TIA will also host its Welcome Reception on Nov. 3 at Planet Hollywood. The reception will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

On Tuesday morning TIA’s Breakfast with the President will see the induction of the Tire Industry Hall of Fame class of 2008 as well as the formal induction of new president Dan Beach. That event will be held from 6:45 to 9 a.m. at Planet Hollywood. (Tire Review/Akron)

GRI recently organized a training program titled "Management of household finance under current economic conditions" at the Ingiriya Rubber Collecting Center in Sri Lanka, South Asia led by Shashika Nimali, an NLP practitioner and life coach. The company said this initiative provided women in the industry with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage household finances. GRI's tailored training sessions equipped participants with tools for informed decision-making, ultimately fostering greater financial security and independence, the company said.
