Tenneco Sets Fall Expert Plus Promo

(Akron/Tire Review) Tenneco has announced its Expert Plus “The Fall Line-Up” promotion, designed to encourage service technicians to recommend Monroe shocks and struts, Walker exhausts, and DynoMax performance exhausts.

“The fall promotions give our trade partners an extra incentive to introduce customers to premium ride control and emissions products,” said Sheryl Bomia, North American aftermarket programs manager, Tenneco.

The Fall Line-Up promotions run from from Aug. 1 through Sept. 30.

Expert Plus members are eligible to earn rewards for selling and installing either qualifying Monroe shocks and struts products or Walker exhaust and DynoMax performance exhaust products.

Mitas, Trelleborg to increase prices globally

The company said this decision is a response to significant inflation.

Effective starting in May, Mitas and Trelleborg will adjust prices globally, with an increase of up to 5% across all segments. The company said this decision is a response to significant inflation experienced over the past two years, coupled with rising costs of raw materials, as well as increased inbound logistics expenses. Specific details regarding the actual increase will be communicated directly to customers by Mitas/Trelleborg representatives in each market.
