The upgrade effectively doubled STL’s capacity to perform dynamic cornering fatigue and variable speed testing on wheels up to 28 inches in diameter and 20 inches wide.
"Larger-size tire and wheel packages for today’s SUVs and light trucks continue to grow in popularity, increasing the need for this kind of testing," said Cheryl Schnuth, STL vice president of marketing. "We are answering a need of manufacturers creating product for this segment of the aftermarket by expanding our capabilities in this area."
