GPX Hires New President and COO

(Akron/Tire Review) Craig Steinke, former president and CEO of Eagle Family Foods, will join GPX as president and chief operations officer, starting June 1.

Before working at Eagle, Craig was a senior vice president and group general manager at Broken Hills Propriety, a $100 billion mineral resource company. His work in worldwide sales, marketing and operations accumulated $3 billion in sales. Prior to that, Craig was president of Magma Metals, a subsidiary of Magma Copper and a $1 billion resource company. Craig was responsible for sales, marketing and operations of a smelting and refining facility.

Craig is a CPA and spent 10 years with Arthur Andersen before entering the private sector.
