Aftersoft Network N.A. has added 30 Monro Muffler Brake locations and 11 tire dealers and service shops to its customer rolls, and has released the latest version of its OpenWebs e-commerce software.
The 30 Monro locations, all recent acquisitions, have installed Aftersoft’s Vast Point of Sale software. The stores include 26 Autotire Car Care Centers in St. Louis, Mo., and four Midwest Tire Centers in Indiana.
Taking on Aftersoft’s Vast Enterprise point of sale software were 11 tire dealers and service shops in Iowa, Virginia, North Carolian, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois and New York.
New is Aftersoft’s OpenWebs Version 5, which includes a range of enhancements from previous versions, and has been enhanced to speed inventory lookups while simultaneously requiring fewer page refreshes.
OpenWebs includes modules for business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce sales. Additions and enhancements include:
Pearl TireGuide supported for tire lookup in both B2B and B2C modules
Google Checkout shopping cart added to the B2C tire module
Tire B2C module has the option to order tires with or without installation and road hazard warranty
New user interface for B2B Tire lookup screen
Accounts receivable status and invoice lookup
Links to Internet Auto Parts for part inquiries and orders with IAP member warehouses and stores
