A-V expanded the size of its executive board, which is charged with managing the affairs of the Russian tiremaker, from four people to six, and nominated Oudshoorn, Vredestein Banden consulting managing director Kornelis (Kees) Hettema; A-V deputy general director of sales and operations Ilya Ivanov; and Vredestein director of corporate marketing and sales Marc Luyten.
The nominees must still be approved by shareholders, and a special shareholder meeting will be held Oct. 2 to ratify the slate.
Currently on the executive board are Amtel-Vredestein CEO and Executive Board Chairman Petr Zolotarev and CFO Vadim Pesochinsky, who joined the company in July 2007.
Oudshoorn quit the executive board six months ago to focus his attention on Vredestein Banden.
