Deldo Already Sold More Than 1 Million Winter Tyres

(Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) Deldo Autobanden (Belgium) has already pre-sold more than 1 million winter tyres.

The vast majority of these are made up of sales of the company’s Eurowin, Sunny and Wanli products, but between 60,000 and 70,000 premium winter tyres have also been pre-ordered. Deldo made the announcement alongside the news that it is publishing a new winter catalogue for the 2006/2007 season.

According to the company, the new catalogue features a complete overview of the full range of premium brands and exclusive brands such as Wanli, Sunny and Roadstone that Deldo stock. “Thanks to a strong cooperation with several manufacturers the range of house brands has extended, especially for SUV and 4×4,” company representatives told Tyres & Accessories.

There are, for example, already 65 sizes in the Eurowin line, Roadstone’s winter range. Furthermore, 80% of Eurowin, Sunny and Wanli products have already been sold, Deldo reports. Premium product sales have also evolved positively with pre-sales in different brands, ranging from Hankook to Goodyear and Michelin.

With a central warehouse and stock capacity of more than 1.8 million tyres, Deldo offers just-in-time delivery throughout Europe.
