The tyre, rim, battery and service equipment fair provides an excellent platform for manufacturers and distributors wishing to showcase products in one of the world’s fastest-growing automotive industries, while the exhibition promises to provide the opportunity for the development of new markets for visitors and exhibitors alike. With 64,000 visitors from 14 countries, 170 brands and 120 exhibitors present, the show looks to be a must for all with an eye on the Eurasian market.

Turkey produced 635,000 passenger cars in 2007 and initial targets for 2012 suggest that the figure will be almost doubled, within two million cross-sector vehicles. The country boasts a 100,000-piece replacement market and a rim market of half a million. Pirelli and Michelin have established a presence in Turkey, while Continental and Goodyear are increasing their profile there.

Prices for exhibitors are 105 euros per sqm for a space, or 125 euros for the space to come equipped with electricity, rear and sidewalls, fascia, carpet, three-pin plug, a 100W spotlight for every three sqm, a table and two chairs. GRI recently organized a training program titled "Management of household finance under current economic conditions" at the Ingiriya Rubber Collecting Center in Sri Lanka, South Asia led by Shashika Nimali, an NLP practitioner and life coach. The company said this initiative provided women in the industry with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage household finances. GRI's tailored training sessions equipped participants with tools for informed decision-making, ultimately fostering greater financial security and independence, the company said.
