Momentum USA Launches New Brake Lines

Momentum USA has launched three new brake lines: AmeriPLATINUM, AmeriPRO and AmeriSTAR.

The AmeriPLATINUM line, both pads and rotors, is designed to offer “clean, quiet braking,” Momentum said. Line features 100% copper free ceramics.

AmeriPRO line consists of pads, shoes, rotors and drum. The line meets the needs of most customer segments and features 100% copper free composite formulas, Momentum said.

The AmeriSTAR line features brake pads for entry level segments.

All three brake lines are manufacturers 100% in North America, Momentum said.

Yokohama Rubber donates to Eastern Taiwan earthquake relief

Through its Yokohama Magokoro Fund, Yokohama Rubber will donate a combined ¥1 million (approx. $6,380).

Yokohama Rubber shared its deepest condolences and sympathies to the families who have lost loved ones and to all those who have been affected by the earthquake in Eastern Taiwan. In response, Yokohama Rubber and its employee-backed Yokohama Magokoro Fund said it will donate a combined ¥1 million (approx. $6,380) through the Japanese Red Cross Society to support relief efforts in the region.
