Triangle Tire USA announced the addition of customer service veteran Angelia Wyatt to their Franklin, Tenn. team. Serving a dual role as office manager and customer service manager, Wyatt will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, customer service and vendor relations.
“Angelia has a wealth of experience in customer service in the tire industry, including coordination of international shipments and warehouse orders, and received very high marks from the many customers she worked with,” said Manny Cicero, CEO of Triangle Tire USA. “She will play a critical role as we work to establish long-term relationships with tire dealers and distributors across the U.S.”
Triangle Tire USA established its U.S. headquarters in Franklin, located just south of Nashville, at the beginning of the year. The company also opened a technical center in Akron, Ohio, in 2011 to help develop consumer and commercial tires specifically for the U.S. market. Triangle Tire USA is a subsidiary of Triangle Tyre Co. Ltd., part of China’s largest privately owned tire manufacturer.
