Celebrating 52 years of operation, Plaza Tire Service is opening a new location in Columbia, Mo. The new store marks the fourth Columbia area tire dealer location.
“We’re excited to be opening this new location in the Columbia market,” said Mark Rhodes, president of Plaza Tire Service. “As we were considering where to place our next location, the thriving community of Columbia was an obvious choice. The people here have welcomed us, and we look forward to serving their automotive needs.”
Roughly, 8,650 square feet, the new store features eight service bays and show room.
Established in 1963 by Vernon “Pee Wee” Rhodes, the Cape Girardeau, Mo., – based Plaza Tire operates 56 tire dealerships across Missouri, southern Illinois, western Kentucky and northeast Arkansas.
