In honor of Memorial Day weekend, SimpleTire.com is helping military veterans and their families by making a charitable donation. The online tire retailer is donating 5% of all sales for May 27-29 to Wounded Warriors Family Support (WWFS).

“Families of military men and women take on a giant burden,” said SimpleTire co-founder, Josh Chalofsky. “This donation to Wounded Warriors Family Support is a small gesture to express our gratitude and help families that might be struggling.”

WWFS is an independent nonprofit organization that provides support to families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed in combat operations. WWFS aids military veterans and their families in healing the wounds that medicine cannot.

“The support we receive from SimpleTire is outstanding,” said Col. John D. Folsom, founder and president of WWFS. “Their donation makes a real difference in the lives of military families who have had a member wounded or killed while serving.”
