During Titan International’s recent annual stockholders meeting the tiremaker received approval to reincorporate the company from Illinois to Delaware. There were 37,302,299 shares voting for the move; 237,872 against; and 483,663 abstaining from voting.
In April, Titan announced in that it planned to reincorporate in Delaware with shareholder approval.
Stockholders also elected Anthony L. Soave to serve as member of Titan’s board. Soave will serve a three-year term. Continuing to serve on Titan’s board of directors are Richard M. Cashin Jr., Gary L. Cowger, Albert J. Febbo, Peter B. McNitt, Mark H. Rachesky MD, and Maurice M. Taylor Jr.
